Yes. You can apply for a trade account by clicking Signup at the top of the page or by contacting our team. We’ll ask for your company name, business address and VAT number (if applicable). Once your account is approved, you can place orders online.
We offer a range of payment options for trade customers. Please contact our team to confirm the payment methods available on your account, including any credit terms for established customers.
Delivery times depend on your location, the products ordered and stock availability. We’ll confirm the expected delivery date once your order is processed. For urgent orders, call us on 0203 918 3695 and we’ll do our best to help.
We may be able to arrange export for eligible orders. Email your product list, quantities and delivery country to wholesale@daltondistributors.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a shipping quote.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right. For any other return, please contact us before sending anything back.
